Our Mission Statement is embodied by "the 3 Cs": Clients – Colleagues – Community.
We exist to serve:
- Our Clients
- Our Colleagues
- Our Community
Our Core Values:
We will always be honest and trustworthy. We will stand by our word.
We will each take personal responsibility for anticipating the needs of our clients; we see what needs to be done, do it accurately, and take it to completion. We fulfill the commitments that we make.
We will aggressively pursue new standards of professional service and advice. We encourage learning and professional development; supported by positive leadership, open communication and recognition of each other's efforts.
We treat each other, our clients and our business partners with fairness, dignity and respect, without regard to title, status or individual beliefs.
We understand problems beyond their immediate scope, and leverage our resources to deliver innovative solutions.
We are committed to working as a team to exceed the expectations of our clients. We celebrate diversity, and by combining our unique strengths, we deliver exceptional results.
We provide leadership and support to the community in civic, economic and community activities.
We are enthusiastic professionals, dedicated to our work. We remain positive and constructive as we fulfill our commitments.
Perhaps nowhere are our core values more visible than through the community work we do. Barney & Barney is committed to building meaningful and long-lasting relationships in our community through our involvement in professional organizations, philanthropy and volunteerism. We've been giving back to our community since 1909. To celebrate 100 years of community involvement, we launched the Barney & Barney Foundation in 2009, which has awarded over $1 million in grants to more than 50 charities. Our organization and associates have supported and volunteered at countless organizations, including:
- Arthritis Foundation
- Association for Corporate Growth
- Better Business Bureau
- Big Brothers & Sisters
- Boys & Girls Club
- Community Resource Center
- Corporate Directors Forum
- Junior Achievement
- Red Cross
- Urban League
- United Way
