Collaboration and Teamwork

Encouragement and celebration has played a key role for Chris. “There were a few of us who started at the same time. We know who’s selling what and when we make a deal. There’s a lot of excitement when we win.” On top of that, Chris feels very fortunate to have such a great service team to support him and provide superior service to his clients. “The fact that I have a quality service team is crucial. I wouldn’t have a client if I didn’t have my service team because I wouldn’t be able to manage everything and seek out new business.”

Favorite B&B Event

“It has to be Rock the Foundation. This year’s event was awesome as usual. I used to sit on the board for the Greater San Diego ALS Association so I’ve always had a spot in my heart for philanthropy. I love that we give back and include the voice of our associates when choosing grant recipients”. Each year, B&B asks associates to nominate their favorite non-profit for the opportunity to be one of the Barney & Barney Foundation’s grant recipients at our annual benefit concert, Rock the Foundation.

Fun Facts

Chris is a self-proclaimed sports maniac—a die-hard Cleveland fan. “We never win but I’m loyal to my hometown”.
