Jack Galloway, a California native, is a graduate of California State University, Hayward with a BS degree in Business Administration and Marketing. In 1988 he achieved the prestigious insurance designation of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU).
Mr. Galloway began his insurance career in 1981 with the Hartford Insurance Group, and joined Barney & Barney in 1984. He became a partner of the firm in 1989. Mr. Galloway is an avid tennis player, and an active board member for the Boy's and Girl's Club of Oceanside.
