BILL BRENNAN - AIA CIC
Bill is a Principal in Barney & Barney’s Commercial Department where he specializes in the placement of property, casualty and workers’ compensation programs for large middle market companies. Bill also works closely with clients to structure alternative risk programs designed to meet their specific needs.
Bill leads the company’s Construction Practice, where he provides an experienced perspective on insurance programs unique to the construction industry. He also oversees property and casualty teams and coordinates business development activities.
Bill is on the Boards of Directors for the Big Brothers Big Sisters of San Diego and the University of San Diego’s School of Business Alumni Association. He is also active in the Association of General Contractors and the California Association of Homes and Services for the Aging (CAHSA). In addition to the construction niche, Bill also works with clients in the healthcare, real estate and manufacturing sectors, among others.
He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration (with an emphasis in finance) from the University of San Diego. He has achieved the designations of Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI) and Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC).
